What you can refer

Families looking for a private piano teacher, a student needing focused trombone support, an adult returning to an instrument or a learner interested in jazz and composition may be a fit. In-home teaching focuses on Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Carroll Gardens. Online inquiries are also welcome.

Who teaches the lesson

Yonathan Peled is a musician and educator with ten years of teaching experience. He holds an MA in Music and Music Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BFA from The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music. A partnership does not imply endorsement or affiliation by either institution.

A clear referral process

First, discuss the students you serve and the teaching needs. Then agree on a referral code and a landing-page link. Families contact Yonathan themselves, using the link or mentioning the code. Timing, fit and rates are confirmed directly with each family before booking.

Measure enrollments, not just clicks

A link can help attribute an inquiry, but it does not prove a paid enrollment. Any commission arrangement must define the qualifying payment, the attribution window and how cancellations or refunds are handled. Only an accepted referral reconciled with a payment record should count toward commission.

Respect family privacy

Please do not submit a child’s personal details through the partnership form. Start with the organization’s contact information and a description of the proposed arrangement. Aggregate referral totals can be discussed without handing over private student or payment information.

Questions before you begin.

Is a commission automatically offered?

No. Referral fees, eligibility and payment terms require a separate written agreement before referrals are made.

Can a school request teaching on campus?

You can propose an arrangement. On-site programs, staffing, insurance requirements and scheduling must be reviewed; they are not automatically included.

Does a referral link prove a commission is owed?

No. Attribution is supporting evidence. An agreed qualifying payment and manual verification are also needed.

Should we send a list of students?

No. Start with an organization-level inquiry and let families contact Yonathan directly.

Let’s discuss your organization.

Please use your organization’s contact information; do not send student records. Your details are used to respond to this inquiry. Referral information may accompany it. Privacy details.

No payment or commitment is required to inquire.
